Online appointment scheduling is for Established Patients only.

 

Please read the Rules of Usage prior to using the online scheduler:

  • The SSPRC online scheduler is specifically for brief, established patient visits only. 
  • If you believe you require a longer visit, you must call in to request a longer appointment.
  • Due to the nature of online scheduling, if you schedule yourself and then no show for your appointment, you will be charged a $40 no-show fee.
